When designing this MLO, we kept RP rules in mind. It's a small substation under Vespucci LSPD, which is why there are no separate entrances for cells, the garage, etc. We aimed to provide as much open space as possible, allowing it to serve as an independent department capable of effectively combating drug trafficking at the pier.
